You and I have a promise for a better day. There is a perfect day coming, and all of creation is waiting for the revealing of the Son of God and those who belong to Jesus Christ.

It doesn’t matter what man does, all of creation waits for Jesus’ return. Mankind cannot save the earth by ecology, social engineering, or political manipulation.

Any manmade solution is inadequate and incomplete. The earth will not be saved until there is a rebirth of planet earth when Jesus comes again. There will never be ecological balance, peace on this earth, or prosperity until Jesus Christ returns.

So how does that make your life better today?

If you can get a glimpse of the glory, the freedom from suffering, and the perfection you will experience upon Christ’s return, you’ll have the strength you need to weather the groanings of this day and age.

When Jesus Christ ushers in the new age, a new heaven, and a new earth, the curse of creation will be removed. And all of heaven and earth shall celebrate the glory of God.

God has a plan for planet earth. It will not live in futility and vanity much longer. You and I will soon be finally and fully redeemed. We’ll have a healthy new body in a perfect environment.

And so, during days of groaning and suffering, look forward to the future. Be strengthened by the glory that is soon to come. Jesus is coming again!
