“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.”
--Matthew 7:13

When it comes to a person’s eternal destiny, they have two choices in life: they can live by the tolerance of society, or by the truth of Jesus Christ.

I believe that it’s more important than ever that we make the choice clear because there are countless thousands of people who believe there are many ways to the same heaven.

But Jesus was not just some broadminded guru who gave people options to get to heaven. He stated that there are only two roads for us to choose. We can either choose the broad, popular path to destruction, or the narrow road to everlasting life.

The Tower of Babel in Genesis 11 is a perfect example of the broad road that leads to destruction. It was built in order to give mankind a new and better way to get to God.

And just like the people who were building the Tower of Babel, many people think that salvation is like a modern-day expressway you can get on or off whenever you want, and pick the lane you want. But Jesus said that the road to heaven is the narrow road of faith in Him, not a 5-lane expressway.

The deception that was alive and well in ancient Babel is still alive and well in America today. But the road to heaven is still the narrow way, so let’s be sure we are helping the people around us find it.

THE ROAD IS NARROW THAT LEADS TO HEAVEN, AND WE NEED TO HELP OTHERS FIND IT!
