If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

--1 John 1:9

Every person who has lived or ever will live has a problem that must be dealt with. It’s called sin.

Yet many people today, even some preachers, shy away from the subject altogether. They don’t want to step on any toes or make anyone feel bad.

But the truth is the Bible tells us that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

The presence of sin in our lives is the one thing that keeps us from a fulfilled life here on earth. And it’s the one thing that will keep many people from enjoying an eternity spent with God.

But thankfully, John tells us that God can forgive your sins because of what Jesus did for you on the cross and because of His resurrection.

If you’ve accepted what Jesus did for you on the cross, let me remind you that the blood of Jesus can cover any sin. Don’t ever let Satan trick you into believing that you are too far gone to come back to the Lord. Because of His death and resurrection, your sins can be forgiven!

NO ONE IS EVER TOO FAR GONE TO COME BACK TO THE LORD.
