And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

--John 1:14

It’s pretty astounding when you think about the impact Jesus Christ has had on the world given where He came from and how short of a time He lived.

Jesus was raised as a commoner from a poor family in an out-of-the-way little town called Nazareth. He was an apprentice in a carpenter’s shop. He was from a minority race of people. He only lived 33 years before He was executed. And most of what we know about Him is limited to accounts of His birth and early childhood and the last three years of His life.

Yet today, our calendar is based on His birth… billions of people know His name… and millions worship Him! Jesus of Nazareth is without a doubt the most influential person who’s ever walked the face of the earth. He has changed the world.

But the question I want to ask you today is, has He changed your world?

Every year, we’re surrounded by reminders of Jesus’ birth throughout the holidays… and we’re reminded of His death and resurrection at Easter. The truth of who He is is all around us!

So I want to ask you… if you haven’t accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior… how long will you go on putting the truth in your pocket and saving it until later?

Today, I want to invite you… once and for all… to open your heart and life to Jesus. If you would like to know how to do this, please click here.

Has Jesus changed your world?
