“But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

--Matthew 20:26-28

Leadership is a critical characteristic to every believer who wants to follow God’s divine plan for their life.

You see, if you’re a follower of the Lord Jesus, God’s desire is to bring people to Himself through you. He blesses you so you can be a blessing to others. And one of the ways you can shine the light of Jesus Christ is through your leadership as a believer.

Now, not everyone is called to lead a company, a church, or a community. But every child of God is called to exhibit leadership in their life, positively impacting and influencing others through the example you set and your character.

This means you display integrity regardless of personal cost.

It means you exhibit humility, even when you could take the credit.

It means taking responsible risks without being reckless… waiting on God and His counsel.

And it means giving your time, talents, and the resources God has blessed you with for His Kingdom purposes.

EVERY CHILD OF GOD IS CALLED TO EXHIBIT LEADERSHIP IN THEIR LIFE.
