The Benefits of Unforeseen Change
According to the Census bureau, 5.2% of workers worked from home prior to the pandemic. Global Workplace Analytics believes that by the end of 2021, 25-30% of the workforce will be working multiple days remotely.
This can be good for business. A recent survey by digital.com discovered that 70% of remote workers feel more productive working from home.
An unforeseen crisis like the pandemic may just result in more time and money available for the family and more productivity for business.
Psalm 46 teaches, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea.”
Change can bring worry and fear, but God can bring good from all.
