I Can Overcome

Romans 8:38-39

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

Persuasion usually takes place over a period of time.  It is not an immediate assurance that can be quickly won over. Persuasion usually involves trust, confidence, understanding and a long term love. Persuasion really comes after you have experienced several things with a person and you have been through different adversities. 

 

I love this scripture because it encourages me. The warfare might be hard, and I fell complexed but this scripture helps me identify every area of the battle or war that I am facing. I know every opponent and their strategy from this scripture.

 

However, my confidence comes because of who is in the battle with me. My Lord and Savior has gone through many things with me. He's my biggest support, cheerleader, encourager, redeemer, strength and motivator to keep going. These are my descriptions of Jesus today that are in this moment. Please add your description of Him so that you can encourage yourself that He is in the battle with you.
