I Corinthians 10:13. (NKJV)

 

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

 

Whatever temptation, trial or test you face in your life, there is already a way out of it. The answer is in God's Word. Oftentimes Christians do not remember this. Nothing you face is unique. Others before and after you have experienced or will experience a similar challenge. But often we can think that we are the only ones who have ever experienced this particular situation. This verse says, "such as is common to man." So the temptation you may be in is common to man. But the verse goes on to say that God already has made a way out. So look for your escape route no matter what you face
