Fear Is Not From God

 

 

 

2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

 

7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

 

Too many Christians are fearful. They are afraid of the dark, afraid to fly, or afraid of the water. This verse makes a powerful statement. It states God did not give us the spirit of fear. If you are afraid or fearful, that is not from God. The verse goes on to say that God gave us a spirit of power, of love and a sound mind. So you do not have to be afraid  or fearful!
