Freedom From The Law Of Sin And Death

 

 

Romans 8:2 (NKJV)

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

 

When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. we have a legal right to be free from the law of sin and death. Thus has to do with the fact that Jesus conquered death, hell and the grave. But we still have a part to play. We must live a life in line with God's Word in order to operate in the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. When we do that then we experience the freedom this verse speaks of.
