Gods Knowledge Is Life Giving

 

 

 

Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)

 

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

 

Ignorance of the Word of God is what has destroyed the lives of many believers. It is unfortunate that peoples lives have been negatively affected just because they do not know their rights as a Christian. The Bible states that God has given us Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers for the perfecting of the saints and for the work of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:11,12) It is our responsibility to take advantage of what He has afforded us. Jesus stated that when we would know the truth, that the knowing of this truth would make us free. (John 8:32)

 

This requires discipline and determination. Once we yield to these sources of information, a hunger for the Word of God will rise in your spirit. The knowledge of God will bring freedom into your life. Gods Word has power and if you tap into this power source, you will become strong in the Lord. The knowledge of God is a need for life.
