Have Faith In The Name Of Jesus

Acts 3:16. (NKJV)

And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

In this scripture, the Apostle Peter reveals an important truth about the name of Jesus. Simply using the name of Jesus is not what activates the power of God; it is having faith in the name of Jesus to actually use His name that activates the power of God. You must have faith in the name of Jesus for the authority and power invested by God in this name to work on your behalf. So you see, everything in the kingdom of God works by faith–even the name of Jesus! God has put His power in this name, now it is up to you to use it.
