Let God Defend You

Ecclesiastes 10:4. (NKJV)

4. If the spirit of the ruler rises against you, do not leave your post; for conciliation pacifies great offenses.

When those you work for turn against you, this is not an opportunity for you to just take up and leave. The Bible says that you must give them an opportunity to do right by you.

Recognize that if you are doing the work of the Lord, Satan will stop at nothing to keep you from accomplishing what God has called you to do. So, you must simply trust in the Lord to rectify the challenges set before you. Take refuge in knowing that the heart of the king is in God’s hand and that as long as your ways continue to please the Lord, He is then obligated to cause even your enemies to be at peace with you.
