Our High Priest

 

Hebrews 3:1 (NKJV)

1 "Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus."  

 

Jesus is the High Priest watching over what we say to see that it comes to pass. So, we had better watch what we say! Jesus can only operate on our behalf by what we confess. We want to be speaking what God says so we can have the blessings that God promises us in His Word. Make no mistake, you cannot separate yourself from your word; you are the sum total of all you have been believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth.
