The Word of Your Testimony

 

Revelation 12:11 (NKJV):

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

 

Satan, your adversary, is the accuser of the brethren. But thank God that he was defeated back at the cross on Calvary. Jesus’ blood paid the price for you to walk in newness of life by faith. God has already done His part, and now you must do your part. You must continually confess – speak in agreement with – what you have a covenant right to, based on the perfect sacrifice of Christ Jesus. The word of our testimony is the Word of God confessed out of our mouths.  The shed blood of Jesus has already secured the victory, but in order to live a victorious life in Christ on a daily basis, you must faithfully activate the power of that blood in your life by speaking and confessing the Word of God.
