Walk In The Spirit

Galatians 5:16 (NKJV)

16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Your mind is the mediator between your flesh and spirit. Whichever one your mind (soul) yields to will dominate your three-fold nature. If your mind is flesh-oriented, then your body will move into the realm of fleshly things. If spiritual things govern your mind, then your body is going to be channeled into and move in the realm of spiritual things. To walk in the Spirit means to walk in line with the Word of God and not allow your flesh to dictate to your mind. God leaves it up to us to train our minds with the Word. In doing so, we will change the course of our lives.
