4. When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, "Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch."

5. But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net."

6. And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.

Luke 5:4-6

 

God’s will for your life, which is His Word, is not automatic. You have been given a free will, so you must choose to do God’s Word. Just as Simon said, "At Your Word, I will" you also have to will to do the Word God has given you in the Scripture regardless of the way things look. Only then will your nets not have room enough to receive God’s blessings for you.
