You Don't Have to Stumble

II Peter 1:10 (NKJV)

10. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble

God has designed a fail proof plan for us to never stumble. The qualifying word in this verse is "if". If you do these things, you will never stumble. What are the things that we are to do? They are listed in the same book and chapter, from verses 5-7. If you give diligence to add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. If you experience failure, know that it is not Gods plan for your life. He has equipped you with a fail proof plan.
