WORD
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, I will always be a mystery to you until the day I call you home to live with Me. I and My Word are the same, and before time began, I and My Father existed in the Word. That Word clothed itself in human form when I was born of a virgin and entered the world. When you read My Word, you are listening to Me. And I have so much to tell you! One day you will understand this mystery. I am the Word—and I am all you need.
A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, I don't understand this mystery, how You've always been here from the beginning. You are the Word, and yet You are God. Every page of Holy Scripture points to You as the driving force behind all of nature, wisdom, and knowledge. You are my Word for the day, and for all times.
SIMPLE TRUTH
God's Word is still the best-seller of all time.
