I Am A Treasure

2 Corinthians 4:7

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the Excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

 

The most precious treasure have to be dug up, cleaned off and go through a specific handling process to bring out the treasure that is within them. The perfect example of this is a diamond. You have to go through the diamond mines and that is usually a dark place. You need miners that know what they are looking for and they have to have the right tools. Once it is brought to the surface, you need the right technician to bring out the different facts that is in each diamond.

 

Has God ever spoken to you about people and say ‘take the time to find the treasure in them.’

 

If you are like me you are too busy saying ‘Lord I don't have the time, do you see how difficult that person’s character is?’

 

Then the Lord reminds you, you were a treasure that somebody took the time to bring out. You have a purpose that somebody nurtured and gave you the security to be who you are.  Build somebody's confidence today and start the discovery process of the treasures being awakened.

 

I hope you are like me, and you have begun to enjoy the excellence that comes from people who have discovered what their treasure is and the joy it brings to others.
