Your cries have reached God

“And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them.” Exodus 3:9 NIV

Can you imagine crying out to God for years and suddenly He responds! It has taken decades to finally get a response from Him, that you are not sure what to do, because you have been used to His silence. Not only that you are use to His silence;  you are not expecting a person to have a solution that won't bring an immediate resolve.

Moses was there solution for the years of oppression but He did not come with the reputation that they were expecting; he didn't come with an army and fight the Egyptians so that it could be a quick victory after all the years of waiting. He came with a word from God that they would have to be obedient to it, and all would leave the land together.

My friend, help does not always come in the form, the timeframe or the personality that you expect and want God to use. However, you know that the things of the Lord are for those who never stop pursuing His presence for the answer and solutions. It may not be in the people or resources around you to fulfill. Never stop trusting God and understand it may take time for God to answer, but He always answers.
