Serves within the local Continuum of Care, Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, and the newly formed Covid/Homeless response group Chicago Home-lessness & Health Response Group for Equity (CHHRGE). A Best-Selling Author and Founder of the Renaissance Bronzeville Toastmasters Club. Serves on the Board of Directors for the Legal Council for Health Justice and Darren B. Easterling Center for Restorative Practices. A member of the Voices for Health Equity, Community Advisory Council, and a Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Circle Keeper. Creator of a non-profit, “Envisioning the Possibilities,” and coaching business, “Sherri Speaks,” to spark conversations and inspire and motivate people to discover their greatness. Sherri is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of six.
