I Am Not Experiencing God Like Everyone Else!

In this sermon, Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr. explains that many people feel empty, lost or isolated because they are missing a relationship with God. The solution is to seek God's Kingdom and live according to His righteousness - choosing to do what is right even when tempted to do wrong.


Pastor Dr. Ward, Sr. warns that there are obstacles to experiencing God - isolation, lack of faith, pride, worldly desires, sin, lack of devotion to God, and trying to understand everything through human reasoning instead of faith.


Pastor Dr. Ward, Sr. teaches that people experience God most deeply when they: put Jesus at the center of their life, obey His Word and develop a relationship with Him through prayer, integrity and devotion, seeking Him consistently, trusting Him instead of relying only on human wisdom and joining a community of believers for encouragement and growth.

About Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr.

Pastor Dr. Herbert Ward, Sr. currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Gospel House Ministries, Inc. Gospel House Ministries is an outreach-based ministry that was co-organized with his wife, Pastor Dr. Brenda in November 2008.

Dr. Ward, Sr. is a God-anointed prayer warrior and is an astute teacher and preacher of the Gospel of Jesus, the Christ (“The Good News”). He consistently demonstrates his love for Christ through obedience to the will of God, his love for his family, church family and the lost. He is adamantly committed to educating God’s children Biblically. Together, he and his wife, Pastor Dr. Brenda, have three sons, two daughters, and seven grandchildren.
