David Kern is dedicated and passionate about helping others overcome personal obstacles and challenges through Jesus Christ. He serves as the pastor of Vitality Church in Mentor, Ohio, where he founded the ministry in 2011. David also served in the Army Reserve as an Infantryman and spent eight years as the Chaplain for the Mayfield Heights Police Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Christian Ministry, with a minor in Law Enforcement Public Administration.

Through his life experiences and education, David has built a reputation for excellence in supporting individuals through his commitment to faith and Biblical Truth. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous ministry projects, spearheaded training in psychological resilience and accountability for first responders, advocated for victims, and developed youth outreach programs that have benefited many people. These efforts showcase his commitment to innovation and quality.

David is also a published author, having written “The Raw Truth: Addicted and Redeemed” and “Right Wash: The Rise of the Patriots.”

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children, woodworking, hunting, fishing, golfing, and working in the yard. This diverse range of interests reflects his well-rounded approach to life and work. Always eager to learn and grow, David actively seeks new challenges and opportunities in ministry.
