Prioritize spending time daily with the Lord.

Whether you are a parent waiting in the carpool line or an entrepreneur on your daily commute, the Lord will meet you where ever you call out to Him. Spend time in prayer while you are waiting for pickup. Listen to your favorite podcast while commuting to work. No matter the location or time, carve out a specific time to spend time with the Lord. 

Understand the importance of knowing the Lord.

The Bible serves as a guide for our lives. Begin wherever you feel comfortable reading. The Word of God can help us make important life decisions by applying the wisdom found in it's contents. It helps us in times of need. Be prepared for life's difficulties by studying the word of God.

Bring what you need to make the most out of the time you have.

To best utilize the quiet time you spend with God, bring everything that you need. Bring your open heart and open Bible. If you are a notetaker, bring a pen and journal to highlight anything that stands out while you are spending time with God.
